March Bartender, Lexi Parker
Lexi has been a part of the Poka Lola Social club team for over two and half years, and has been serving our signature drinks for over a year. She loves to create handcrafted cocktails, come up with new flavor profiles and the methodic process of the perfect sip. Creativity is key for how Lexi crafts drinks and her passion outside of work as a musician! When Lexi isn’t behind the bar, you’ll find her hiking with her Australian Shepard, EO.
